KNOX COWBOYS MEMBERSHIP & CODE OF CONDUCT

Membership is free. Anyone approved to join the official Knox Cowboys Facebook group is considered a member of the Knox Cowboys. By participating in the group or attending a club activity, members and guests agree to follow these rules:

• Members must be Dallas Cowboys fans and support the positive purpose of the Knox Cowboys.

• Members and guests must conduct themselves respectfully during watch parties, trips, online discussions, and all other Knox Cowboys activities.

• Harassment, bullying, threats, intimidation, racial slurs, discriminatory language, or disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated.

• If you engage in any physical altercation or confrontation during any Knox Cowboys event, your membership will be revoked, and you will be barred from all group activities and events.

• Political or religious debates, arguments, campaigning, or attempts to pressure others are not permitted during Knox Cowboys events or in the Facebook group.

• Members are responsible for the conduct of any guest they bring to Knox Cowboys activities.

• Members and guests must follow all rules established by the event venue and its management.

• Violations may result in a warning, suspension, removal from an event or the Facebook group, or permanent loss of membership. The Knox Cowboys Committee will determine the appropriate action based on the seriousness of the violation.

• The Knox Cowboys Committee reserves the right to update these rules as needed to protect the organization's safety, reputation, and positive atmosphere.
